UNISPACE TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD. (“we”or “us”) provide free games and will process your personal information when you play Dimer (the “Services”). 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

① Registration Information. We collect personal information that you provide to us when you register on the Services. ② Information collected via our customer support. when you interact with us within the App or email, our customer support provider may ask you to provide (a) your full name, username and email, and (b) any information you choose to provide to allow us to assist you. When you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our product and Services, or when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
③ In-Game Communication: in Dimer you can interact with other players via chat, audio or video calls. In this case we would process Information regarding such interactions, including chat content. In some cases, these functionalities may be provided by third parties, in which case we may not have access to the content of such communications.
Information we receive from others. The other users may provide information about you as they use our Services, such as they interact with you or if they submit a report involving you.

4. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER
Please note, that Dimer is managed by UNISPACE TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD., registered in Singapore, so your data may be stored, processed, transferred between, and accessed to the company in Singapore, or in any other country where Dimer or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or service providers are located or maintain facilities.
You explicitly consent and agree to such transfer, storing, and/or processing of your information outside the country in which you reside. Nevertheless, we will handle information from or about you in accordance with this policy and applicable law regardless of where that information is stored.
5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?
If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain profile information about you. It may include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legal basis and as permitted by applicable law.
If you want to delete your account, you may submit your request via the following method:
- In-App request: you may go to Dimer, click on “Settings” - “Account” - “Delete Account”
We will make sure that your account is no longer viewable in Dimer once your account is successfully deleted. It will take 30 days for us to delete your personal information. Your request will be deemed as canceled if you log-in your account during the 30 days.
When your account is deleted we will delete all of your personal information unless:
(1) For the purpose of compliance with applicable law: for example your payment information. If you make purchase within Dimer, certain personal data may be kept for our tax and accounting purposes. If you would like to delete your information in the third party payment service provider, you should contact them directly.
(2) If there is an ongoing matter, such as outstanding issues, investigations, claims or disputes, that require resolution, we may need to retain the relevant information.
(3) Legitimate business interests: To prevent fraud and enhance user safety and security, we may need to retain information. For example, the device ID may be kept to prevent a user who has been banned for unsafe behavior or security incidents from opening a new account.
Please note that even if you remove certain information from your profile or delete your Account, it's possible that others may still be able to view or access that information. This could be due to the fact that the information was previously shared with others, or it may have been copied or stored by others. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and cannot be held liable for any such occurrences.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. You can stop all information collection by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. Remember that uninstalling an app does NOT close your account. To close your account, please use the corresponding functionality on the service.
If you reside in European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal information.
9. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify or revise our privacy policy from time to time. Although we may attempt to notify you when major changes are made to this privacy policy, you are expected to periodically review the most up-to-date version found at our website or within the Services so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
